An excellent therapist
Also shocked that someone would feel Elsa was anything less than extremely kind and empathetic. She's helped me on and off for years and been nothing but supportive, helpful, motivating, flexible, and professional. I've been to several therapists over the years and she's the one I've seen the longest. There's a therapist for everyone and it's possible this person wasn't the right fit for Elsa and hope they found someone else, but wanted to share my experience as it's been a great one.

Wow. I absolutely cannot believe anyone suggested Elsa was anything less than warm and professional. I came to Elsa depressed, confused, and with a moderate substance abuse problem. It really felt like my life was out of my hands. Elsa helped me get back on track. I'm now sober nearly a year. Enrolled in grad school. And happier than I've been in a long time. Elsa helped me put in the work. It didn't happen overnight. I stumbled plenty. But she was always there. Patient. Caring. Professional.

Elsa is cold and lacks empathy along with being highly unprofessional. I do not recommend her!
