Office must be under a staff shortage!
It had to rescheduled from the week because Elena was unavailable that day. I arrived 10 minutes early and was not seen until 30 minutes past scheduled time. She seemed very unlike past visits, she was cordial but rushed through the visit. It lasted no more than 10 minutes. She seemed very “doctorish” , not PA I knew from previous visits. I read her after visit report, interesting reading and I sometimes understand it. In the report, it indicated a 45 duration which it was not.

My dad was in the ICU. Elona and Dr. Gurses took such great care of him. Elona took the time to keep me updated on the status of my father. Very professional and so sweet. They put my dad‘s mind to ease, explaining to him in detail what was going on and next steps to helping him get back to his daily living. He’s home now and feeling much better. He’s very thankful for the great care he received and their ICU team. Thank you again for saving my dad’s life!!
