Dr. Elliott Sloas, OD

Outstanding. Dr. Sloas does a very detailed examination of the eyes and takes his time to get your prescription correct. Great people skills. I would highly recommend him to someone that is looking for an eye examination.

Dr. Sloas is AMAZING. The best eye doctor we have ever used. My astigmatism is so shockingly awful that most eye doctors aren't sure what to do to make my vision clear. He immediately knew how to help, and did. When they put my new glasses on me the first time, I actually cried in the middle of the store because I hadn't ever experienced truly clear vision before. My youngest son has serious vision impairment, and his previous eye doctor gave him WAY too much correction, resulting in constant headaches, and even more blurry vision than before. Dr. Sloas fixed this issue for my baby, and he wears his glasses ALL THE TIME and is happy to do so! Most recently, we took my father- in- law to see him because his vision became blurry suddenly, and once again, Dr. Sloas knew immediately what was wrong, and gave us a workable solution. I honestly believe the bad reviews on here are fake. I visited Dr. Sloas after not seeing an Optometrist for many years. He made me feel very comfortable and also took the time to chat and answer all my questions. He also helped minimize any anxieties and concerns I had about my vision. He went above and beyond as a medical professional, while also being highly personable and knowledgeable. The entire experience could not have been more convenient for my busy schedule. Highly recommend.

Dr. Alias has been the only one that has correctly adjust prisms for my double vision. Been to Florida Eye Clinic and others who have simply used the prisms that were on my current glasses. He is the best

Dr Sloas did not seem to be interested on my concerns as a patient. As a first time contact user I have been feeling some discomfort and trying to find the correct prescription for my eyes. He was snappy and not professional in that he did not listen to me and made me feel ignored and like I was a hassle. All in all I will not be returning, very dissatisfied with his service.

I've been to see Dr Sloas twice for contact and glasses prescriptions. I thought he was efficient without rushing and informative. He didn't try to up-sell me, and he is very conveniently located inside Costco (though you don't need a membership to see him). Great experience.

Sloas was extremely rude and seemed like he just wanted my money and me gone. Worst experience I've ever had.
