Elliot Poole entered the exam room without introducing himself, proceeded to recite info from medical record chart and then tell us he could do nothing. We would have to go to an ED. While I have no problem with his limitations as an urgent care PA, his complete lack of professionalism, respect and compassion is in complete contradiction with UNC’s promise of expertise and empathy...not to mention a complete disregard for patient-centered care. We deserved better
