Anything for a paycheck
Ms. Stein will bend reality to the will of whoever is paying her. In our case, she gave a patently ridiculous diagnosis to protect the corporation who hired her. This is who anti-psychiatry pamphlets from the Church of Scientology are talking about. Steer clear!

Unhelpful, expensive
Saw her regularly a few years back. She was friendly enough but I mostly just talked to myself for an hour at a time. Didn't offer me much more than some rudimentary active listening. It was like talking to a chatbot. Except she would periodically interject some tone deaf and inappropriate remark that would throw me off. Dunno why I persisted in seeing her except out of sunk cost fallacy. Eventually stopped going and my announcement that I was done was received unceremoniously, with about as much emotional gravity as if she were waiting my table at Denny's and I had just collected my jacket and slid out of the booth. Whatever small benefit I got from my time there was from talking myself through my own problems.

She is an evil horrible person who turned a bad situation from my employer Into an in early cruel one after my time with her. Isn’t a doctor supposed to do no harm? I need therapy just to help after the forced sessions with her. Talk about in it for the wrong reasons. Money sure does make people do crazy crazy things.
