Her lack of care! Walked out on me without providing any service except a urine culture.

My husband and I both see Ellen as our primary care. She is very personable and easy to talk to. She always answers all our questions and genuinely seems to care about her patients. She also is very budget conscious when prescribing medicine and has helped find coupons for more expensive medicines. I highly recommend!

Didn’t listen well, did not follow through on anything she initially said she would do. Refused to take responsibility for her negligence and blamed other medical professionals who actually did what they said they would and tried their best to help me. Trying to work with her set my health back while adding to my anxiety and frustration. I’ve never had a worse PA.

Ellen is very thorough and spends as much time as you need. She researches items and shows you what she has found. She helped me find coupons for prescriptions in case my insurance didn't cover them and which pharmacy offered it for free! I would recommend her to anyone!
