5?????????? across the board.Ive been going to see Ellen for,holy cow at least 20-25 yrs. Very easy person to like and be at ease with. Ellen takes her time with,listening to what your telling her and let's the patient put their 2cents in. I am satisfied when I leave,feel like I covered my issues. Go see her.

I've been a patient of Ellen's for almost 3 years. Ellen is great, but Ashley, the receptionist is a bit snotty. My main complaint is that they are horrible about getting back to you. I left a message a week ago concerning a health issue that any other provider would have returned if not the same day, than certainly the next. I'm still waiting a week later!! This has been the case every time. I end up having to call again and get a snotty reaction from Ashley letting me know they received my previous message. I always give them several days before calling again, so this response is not warranted. Also, despite never seeing another patient in all the time I've been going there, I have to wait several days and sometimes a week or more before getting an appointment. I had a serious abscess once and was still told it would be several days before I could get in. The doc I ended up going to said I was lucky to not be in the ER! I will be looking for a different provider.

Ellen has been our care provider for many years and would not go anywhere else. Have recommended her to many folks and those that have gone to see her are also pleased. All the caregivers at All Seasons Family Health are patient, empathetic and listen, taking their time with you and not feeling rushed.
