Ellie appears to be very holistic during your prenatal appointments, yet, as I discovered during my baby’s birth, she likes to rush things for her convenience during labor. I am convinced that her actions landed my baby in NICU. I regret every day that I didn’t listen to my instinct and didn’t leave her out of my labor. A couple of things that should have alerted me and that I chose to disregard were her opinions about FER and baby breast crawl. She is not the midwife that would patiently sit next to you and wait for you to do your own thing or let you follow your body signals. She thinks that she knows better than the woman in labor, and prefers to rush everything and create panic where there is nothing to panic about, leading to emergencies as a result. Before you sign up with her, ask her how many unfavorable reviews she has deleted from her FB midwifery page lately.
