Didn’t really feel validated she asked me if my pain was possibly due to something emotional or event that happened.Which is the last thing you want to here from your dr hoping they take your chronic pain seriously My reg gyno was not available and I was in pain that’s the only reason I booked with her .It felt like I was not being taken seriously and slight medical gaslighting.

I had a very unpleasant visit with Ellen, I had gone to her once before for an annual pap-smear and confided in her with my medical history. This time I went in for breast pain and Ellen told me I had dense breast tissue without seeing any type of ultrasound results which would only be disclosed by a radiologist or her after looking at an ultrasound. This was an unnerving experience leading up to my ultrasound visit results. Additionally I ask her to call in a birth control prescription for a specific type I know works well for me and she called in a different brand that was not even the generic form of the type I requested. When I told the office that I asked for this specific brand, Ellen put in a request for the same exact prescription (not what I had asked for). It took two separate trips to the pharmacy to find this out. Needless to say my experience with her has been more stressful than helpful. I am switching to another doctor who can better tend to my needs.
