Telehealth
Ellen is an outstanding therapist. She listens and reflects back to you in a helpful way, and then adds a wealth of insight and perspective. She is especially talented at helping with work stressors, and matters of work/life balance, in my experience.

She doesn’t let you get a word in when you try to speak. She also just questions everything you say as if you’re experiences aren’t valid. She would cut me off mid-sentence so many times I would leave each appointment extremely frustrated. She is also extremely judgmental and placed even more self-doubt in my mind that I had before I started seeing her. She should NOT be seeing patients - she just does more damage that good.

I've worked with Ellen for many years and appreciate her composed sensitivity. She is a supportive listener who asks thoughtful questions and challenges me so I don't get in my own way. Through my work with her my confidence and self-esteem have grown tremendously.

Not a healing provider to interact with. She was nice at first and then was very patronizing and disagreeable by appointment three. I am not sure why therapists think them being annoying and repeatedly disagreeing with clients is helpful to their patients. I imagine this is partly why the mentally ill are dying at higher and higher rates according to CDC data - providers like Ms Hermanos choose to be functionally useless.
