Ellen Goodwater, NP

have been feeling lousy for a week. went to quick care where i was made to feel like an idiot. i have had a terrible cough that hasn’t subsided for a week and was told ‘well your throat would be red if you were coughing’ then asks me if i’ve ever taken a certain medication (in which she used the actual formal medical name for the med) so i said no. in which her reply was ‘so you’ve never taken an antibiotic before?’ as if i was just supposed to know that was the formal medication’s name off the top of my head. she made me feel like i was making up the fact that i’ve been sick and practically bed ridden for her to tell me ‘it’s probably allergies’

I do not have much nice to say about Ellen Goodwater. She was ALWAYS late and then would rush through my visit. I scheduled 3 times with her and all three times she was unprepared. She requested I come back and when I did, she would ask why I was there. I also found her manner to be unprofessional and condenscending. I would not see her again.

She is very condescending and does not validate the patient's needs. Absolutely no bedside manner and is overall just not pleasant to deal with.
