I saw her 15 years ago. I was having a tough time formulating thoughts during a session. I was her last patient of the day so she advised me I could cut the session short because she and her sister were going to dinner. I sat for the rest of the session making small talk because I did not appreciate being told, indirectly, that I was an inconvenience. Her cell phone rang -- IN THE MIDDLE OF OUR SESSION. She did not answer it, I'll give her that. When the time was up, she asked about setting a follow up. I told her I wouldn't be back. I am a mental health professional now, but my experience with her soured me to therapy forever.
