Horrible Her office filed a claim with my Aetna insurance for a physical but she did not examine me nor provide me with an EKG, chest x-ray, breathing test, or laboratory panel (normal blood tests). She filed a claim for services not rendered. She has no bedside manner and shows no interest, compassion, or understanding of her patients. Ms. Vandel rushes the patient out the door within 5 minutes.

I made this appointment for several health concerns, however none of these were addressed once she learned that I had anxiety and treated with CBD oil and a prescription. Instead of listening to my real concerns, she insisted that she could not give me a prescription (that I never asked for) without drug testing. The rest of the visit was spent making me feel like a drug addict and none of my health concerns were ever addressed. I ended up leaving and will find a doctor who actually listens.
