Had an appointment at 1:30 pm. Didn’t get called back till 45 minutes after my appointment time. Sign in waiting room said,”if you wait more then 20 minutes, please see desk”. With that being said, when Dr. Strickland came in the room. I was extremely glad to see her professionalism and the way she took the time to explain everything to me in detail! Would take the longer wait to get the one on one in detailed experience

I went in for routine exam and prescription check on April 1st. Dr. Strickland examined my eyes and then stated "This is no april fools joke, you have a detached retina". I was shocked and worried for and couldnt sleep. Turns out my retina is fine. A shocking misdiagnosis. She seems very certain of her findings even though I had no symptoms whatsoever. Again, shocking
