Elizabeth Schimmer

Had this NP twice. She is very rude when you ask her questions. Talks to you like you are stupid and know nothing and continuously says “I told you already” and then gives you an attitude. I had questions that I needed answers to and she did not give me any information. I had to call PPH again and eventually speak to another person and manager to get my answers. Not pleased with her at all. The rest of the staff including the receptionist/medical assistant were all very pleasant. Never will go back to her again for future appointments. She is very rude, cold, and has an attitude.

I am gonna start by saying that the center is very cleaned and I can tell that whoever is managing it takes great pride in what she/he does. The receptionist Danielle was upset that I was there earlier meanwhile there was not a soul in the waiting area in or after I left. Therefore that started the snowball. The Nurse Practitioner Shimmer was not happy that I was there early so I could clearly hear them talking about me. And after I imagine the manager asking her to take me no one was allowed to be with me . I was crying in pain and not a person to hold my hand and tell me it’s gonna be ok. Talk about compassion and understanding I left there feeling awful. Sad kinda in a way. Thank you to the manager for taking me, I am dreading going back. She might be a great nurse but it was my first time meeting her and the negativity that I got from her was scary.
