Beth was generally easy to work with at first, but the conclusions and recommendations she drew from her interactions with our children seemed based on personal opinion rather than professional perspectives. She was unpredictably kind or cold, and our children tearfully refused to see her again after their first session. In my view, she seems unable to separate her personal experiences and assumptions from her work, and the results can be harmful to children and families. Her conclusions were incomplete or unsubstantiated, and didn't seem to follow any consistent guidelines or ethical basis. I would not recommend Beth as a counselor.
