I was encouraged to go to Pain Management by my Primary Care to get additional help with my spinal condition. Raynor is inconsiderate, condescending, judgemental, and it seems as if she got a kick out of me explaining to her my pain levels, crying at some points, while she told a 175lb female with multiple level arthropathy and disc bulge to 'walk it off' and to lose weight. Under her care I was denied treatment, under the excuse my insurance wouldn't cover another radio-frequency ablation, which is truly the best that came out of any of this. The person I saw after refusing to be scheduled with Raynor stated they indeed covered it. So I had suffered months because someone didn't care enough about me as a person to help. I was under her care for 2 years with no updated MRIs. I did request them as I felt changes in my pain levels and location. Under her negligence my condition(s) significantly worsened. And I only wish I had some kind of indication to have avoided this nightmare.
