She was so caring and made me feel very comfortable on my first visit. I always feel so anxious when seeing a new provider, but she took the best care of me.

Dangerous Medical Provider! I scheduled an appointment with Elizabeth Otter for mild acne. I have a rare blood disease that I remind her of each visit to make sure the prescribed medications don't have negative side effects that can worsen my condition. When I got home, I applied the Aczone gel and looked up the warnings for the medication since she did not discuss. Sure enough the first warning was for the disease I already have. Otter prescribed a medication that is very dangerous for me.

Very unhappy about our experience with this clinic!! My husband had a skin biopsy that we were very worried about! They said it would take up to two weeks for results. In two weeks we received a voicemail to call the office. Have made 7 calls so far in two days with no answers! We were told the doctor would call us back... Waited 3 hours and called again. Was told the doctor had gone home but a nurse would call.. Waited two more hours till the office was closed... No calls! Today we called again
