Constantly used her phone during appointments and did not pay attention to me. Felt like I was talking to a wall. Didn’t respond to me for THREE WEEKS about scheduling my next appointment even though I was in the middle of very hard, intensive, emotional work.

She forgot the appt time at 10:30 am so she looked at me like “who are you?” And I told her I had a 10:30 am appt but she didn’t even know my name? I told her I had the email confirming the 10:30 am time slot - she admitted it was her fault and she didn’t doubt she wrote that - but that she was busy doing two jobs. She isn’t busy enough to make sure she makes you fill out 7-8 PhD of paperwork basically on HER charges and she wants a credit card on file - meanwhile she owes me money - no response

Extremely disappointed with communication skills. Claims to have experience with domestic violence yet very quick to befriend and believe abusive men.
