I’ve been a patient of Elizabeth Gorovitz for over 10 years. My first initial experience and thought process was to be in complete and utter denial over how much the first visit actually helped open wounds. In a good way, this was the BEST decision ever, and I absolutely DO NOT REGRET anything. From the very beginning of our first session, she genuinely cared to make sure I felt safe in the environment to unravel my past trauma….Still being optimistic after my first session, I was hesitant and a non believer on how therapy helps. At the end of the day i was replaying the session in my head over and over again. I realized my curiosity of wanting to explore more of my traumatic memories I forgotten in my childhood was growing. Liz really helped provide me and my partner with the tools we needed to understand why we were arguing all the time — and how to change our patterns so that we both felt heard. We learned so much about ourselves and each other and I would recommend Liz’s services to anyone looking to improve their relationship-or themselves!

All of my visits have been wonderful. I had no problem getting an appointment and she always takes me on time. She spends quality time with me and I have never felt rushed. Her office is bright and airy and I feel comfortable there. I would highly recommend Elizabeth.
