Exams-OK, Quality of frames/lenses-not
The exams, except for one done by an associate who is no longer there, are fine. Their frames and lenses are extremely expensive, and there is a very limited warranty. I went away shortly after picking up a new pair of glasses, only to find that the lenses kept falling out. When I got back, I called to tell them, and they said, “ Too late”. I had several further unpleasant communications, back and forth, but was finally refunded.

The visit went well, a good exam BUT the quality of the lenses were terrible.They failed and the transitional FILM they used on them began to degrade and fog up. I could not use them. When I brought them back I was told that it was to be expected. Too bad!!! Another optometrist said that that was absurd. Lenses were defective. Very expensive place and doesn’t stand behind their product. Do NOT recommend.

I have been going to Dr Berry for more than 25 yrs. She is caring & very competent. My only criticism is that in the past few years, it is difficult to get an appointment even when you have a concern. I called once with a concern(flashing lights) & the woman who answered the phone told me there was no way to see the doctor in the next few days. I should see if the problem continued & call again if it does. One thing to note is that not all staff are as blasé as this one was.
