I've spent over 30 years with GI specialists, begging for dietary help instead of pills. ONE HOUR with Liz and I received more information, more help, more education and lots of excellent dietary advice than in all those years with doctors. Two months into treatment and my 40 year old problem (YES, 40 years of IBS) is coming under control...for the FIRST TIME. Found a new doctor, too, one that follows the same precepts as Liz. Wish I could give her 100 stars and a million dollars.
