Elissa fitted me for hearing aids. She was patient, detailed and very helpful as she explained and demonstrated the different options I had. (They were my first pair) She then programmed the ones I decided upon so that I would be able to change the levels depending on the situation (dealing with a loud, crowded room, on-on one conversation etc) I depend on those hearing aids and I am so thankful to have had someone who was so willing to spend all of the time it took to help me choose and then personalize something that is so important to my quality of life
