Dr. Hefley left us waiting for an hour for my daughter's kindergarten eye exam and then left the place without ever seeing us. We waited from 4:30-5:30 pm and had already had the preliminary tests done by the nurse. Dr. Hefley never came in. They said she had to leave to pick her kid up from the babysitter's. Vision Care doesn't close until 6:00 pm. We saw her pulling out of the parking lot as we were leaving.So unbelievably rude and unprofessional. I took off work for this appointment.Bad "Dr."
