Did not provide a diagnosis, only an assumption. Made a referral, but did not tell the patient where the referral was to, or actually make the referral in a timely manner. Told patient to "just go to the ER", not because she thought the issue was life threatening, but to cover her liability. If the issue had been caught that day, it would not have developed into an infection requiring surgery. Prioritized other health issues while dismissing patients primary concerns. Did not treat patient with compassion, instead made condescending comments to other medical staff. She and another doctor took information given to them by the patient, exaggerated it, and put it into patient's chart.
