Elicia uses cognitive-behavioral therapy as well as a solution focused perspective while working through these issues. Mrs. Lowitz is also a registered yoga technician (RYT), which enables her to incorporate the benefits of mindfulness and the yoga philosophy into many facets of her work.biography
Elicia Lowitz has been a Licensed Mental Health Counselor since 1992. She spent over 20 years with Stony Brook Counseling Center but she recently opened her own practice in Davie.
