I had a bad cold/flu which had persisted for two weeks. Certain that my wife was tired of all my coughing, I showed up at Primary Health on a Saturday Morning (about 8:00). After filling out the paperwork and a super-short wait (maybe 2 minutes) I was in the back. I knew with the first impression that Eli loves his job and that he's good with people. He did all the regular stuff (listened to my lungs, looked in my ears etc) and explained what was going on. Took the time to answer all my ?'s
