Dr Elena checked on my son quickly then left to see the results of the flu test she didn't even know had been done already and upon return Dr opened the door and said "it's the flu" ..sent the prescription order and that was it.. no explanation on what else to do or how to take care of the patient or prevent others to get it. Never got back in the room then left the door opened. We waited for a while until further instructions until we got tired and left. Terrible bedside manners.
