Money, Money, Money
Unfortunately, Elena didn't value our time as much as her own. Chronically late for appointments with little regard for our time and schedule. We knew Elena did not take insurance, so we expected a little more flexibility and compassion as we worked with her, but her schedule is very limited. Financial gain seems to be the ultimate motivator and not necessarily helping the client.

1. for someone who does adolescent counseling at $300/hr checks or cash only, her hours are clearly those of a mom - not available after 3:00 or during holidays 2. try making an appointment. her assistant is exclusively hers only on Fridays and still does not reply withing 5 hours 3. when you instruct records be sent, her first response is to have the receiving professional give you the form?! lazy?
