Lack of professionalism and manners

I was seen a few times and paid for my sessions. My insurance no longer was going to be accepted and at that point stopped my sessions.Since, I have phone called and emailed for the last 5 months with NO RESPONSE. I wanted receipts of my visits because I never received them and needed them for a claim.Even if she couldn’t provide me a copy of my receipt, wouldn’t the right thing to do, be to respond?! Phone call, email? I’m trying to move on from this part of my life and a mental health professional should realize what this lack of control can do to someone. It would be decent to give a response and not leave someone in the dark. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and I am so glad I did not continue visits with this provider.
