Completely Dismissive
Was told that kidney stones were 'nothing to worry about' and that I need to 'just drink water.' Do not go to this provider if you expect to experience any form of empathy. I experienced ageism and my symptoms being dismissed. She straight up said 'Your case is really not that bad. There are people that come in here with much worse.' Completely inappropriate, traumatizing, and a waste of time.
