I have never felt so comfortable with a Dr before like I am with Eleanor she never rushes you out she listens to you you can tell she really cares about you and your health or anything you want to tell her
Keystone is very lucky to have her

It is very hard for me to be comfertable and open up to a Dr. Eleanor made me so very comfortable like I was talking to a really good friend. She is the only reason my husband and I stayed with the office when COPC took over.

Eleanor is FANTASTIC. She takes as much time as you need, thinks outside the box, has an outstanding bedside manner. If you want a holitsic approach to medicine by someone who tirelessly works toward providing the best care, she is your person. She is terrific!

If I could leave zero or a half, I would.
I honestly feel that it's the practice as opposed to Vogel, specifically.
But communication is horrendous. No return phone calls or messages via portal. This practice always wants the patient to schedule regardless of how important the test results. Then they're in a big hurry to send you off after collecting their copay. Disrespectful! Frustrating! They simply don't seem to care about patients, just the dollars.
