I did this review based on the office staff. The reception staff is far from friendly. I called the office to try to make an urgent appointment and one receptionist passed me off to another and they were rude to me. I wanted Elena to treat me because she is compassionate and I really do trust her. She is very empathetic and I feel like I need that in a practitioner. I will never recommend this office, but I would highly recommend Elena if she were to move her career to another office.
