Rude, uneducated, poor bedside manner, poor patient care, when will people go back to the basics? You learn a lot from patient care; doctors have to have years of experience in actually caring for patients. Why don't mid-levels? No offense to her, but her experience is hovering over a microscope in a lab, and it shows. As a nurse, I would never be ok with how she dismissed my son and myself, as a mom I was not ok with it either. I hope she can swallow her pride as a healthcare provider and learn from this so that all future patients receive the care they deserve.
