I can't say enough about Eileen Vider ! I was on lisinopril & statin drugs when my cardiologist wanted to have me take more, my daughter in the medical field convinced me to see a Dietitian / Nutritionist. I found Eileen and liked what she had to say. she is extremely knowledgeable & personable. Eileen reviewed my eating habits and made quite a few changes while keeping my food intake enjoyable. In five months weight went from 160 to 138, Total Cholesterol from 229 to 164, Good Cholesterol from 58 to 81, bad Cholesterol from 105 to 72, VLDL from 66 to 11, and most significant was my triglycerides from 331 to 55. She has helped me change my eating habits for life... I am 68 years old and taking ZERO medications...My cardiologist was amazed... and yes we got my insurance to pay !
