Dustin is a very Knowledgeable Physician… He is a very caring & compassionate & gives you all the time you need.. My appointment’s always seem to be on time. The staff is very nice & very helpful.. Dustin makes sure all my prescriptions are filled on time. Overall my experience’s with there office has been great no complaints & I have been a patient in there office for over 11 years. Thank you for the wonderful care you provide..

Dustin is a great listener. He takes time with his patients. He is good about offering advice on alternative treatment options. Vero Beach is lucky to have him.

Dustin is great. He is knowledgable and what he is unsure of, he researches. Very easy to talk to and I trust him. However, the office staff is the worst I have ever had to deal with. IMPOSSIBLE to get through. They NEVER answer the phone or call back. I have finally resorted to simply stopping by.

Just takes guesses and regardless of condition he’ll send you home with antibiotics. I’ve never been in a more incompetent office. The wait times are terrible at any time of day, calls back are practically non existent, and you’ll never call and actually speak to someone. You have to wait for that call back, which could take days.

My father has been a patient of this clinic since the 80s. He’s had major complications the last few months and after multiple unreturned phone calls, including one from his home health nurse I finally got Mr.Swan’s nurse at 9:30 this morning and was told I would get a call back as soon as he came out of the patient room. 4 hours later she called and said they wanted to do a telehealth call (so they can charge his insurance, once again). Needless to say, since they can’t take a few minutes to discuss major issues with their long-time patient, we are finding another pcp. There are still providers out there willing to take the time for their patients without the concern of reimbursement for 5 minutes of their time.

Terrible no calls back. They do not call in prescriptions. Just horrible.

Dustin is a really good provider. Always explains everything and always takes time with you.

Dustin really listens and is very good at explaining things and giving alternate solutions to the issues i have. I highly recommend him for your care.
