I will start by saying there aren't enough stars here to tell you how AMAZING Dr. Dow is!!!!!!! He should get 10 stars
For the first time in my life, I found a doctor who SO down to earth!! I felt seen,heard and understood!!! He is genuinely one of a kind! He took his time and explained my situation. He was REAL. Which to me, is priceless! He was concerned about my health, not just the back issues. He gave me information from his personal experience to help me achieve better health. He didn't rush or make me feel like another face in the horde of humanity. He has a different approach to Healthcare and I truly appreciate it so much!!!

Do not go this man, I swear he doesn’t care about you or your health! I wish I would’ve looked around first instead of trusting anybody. Disloyalty in my book is a red flag and he’s a liar along with his team. All of of my black/African American and other ethnicities, find someone who actually cares about you.

I 100% unequivocally recommend Doug Dow, PA for orthopedics. He is extremely knowledgeable, personable and kind. In all my years of seeing people in the medical community, Doug is heads and tails above all the rest. I can't say enough good about my experience. The receptionist was friendly and efficient and the waiting room was very nice. I will recommend this practice to all of my friends and relatives.

Douglas Dow, PA-C provides superb patient care with a personable approach, and does not "rush" a patient encounter. I would recommend him at the Palmetto Health USC Spine Center to any family member or friend.
