Changed My Life
Doug is very personable, validating, and knows when and how to push his clients to change their behaviors. He’s very knowledgeable of DBT and how to use the skills to better one’s life. He changed my life and he’s the best therapist I’ve ever worked with.

He appeared very arrogant and closed off. He did not listen to me, which is what I had expected and hoped for. He seemed distracted, uncaring, and not at all genuine.

Doug is an excellent psychologist! He has extensive knowledge and experience working with patients who may be experiencing emotional dysregulation, lack of trust and insight, suicidal and self-injurious behaviors, and who have histories of trauma and abuse. He does a great job at setting clear boundaries and expectation, and is patient with his clients. Before working with him I had a very low quality of life, it took all of my energy to keep myself alive. Today I am thriving and living my life!
