Doesn't listen
I've been seeing Dottie for years. Every visit was fast, and I was told I was 'healthy and boring' even after mentioning issues I'd been having. These were brushed off as not a big deal. She requests labs be done before every visit, but it seems like she does not review them. After reviewing the labs myself, there were concerning numbers. When asking about this, I was again treated as if I was overreacting and it was brushed off. Recently, I went to see another professional, and as soon as the lab results came back (about 2 weeks), they were able to diagnose an issue I've had my entire life and are helping me to live with it.

The absolute best NP out there. She treats you with respect and listens to everything you say! She is the most knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor. I hope she never leaves.
