Avoid - works for crooks!
This guy works for Grand Canyon Anesthesia LLC aka Gastroenterology Anesthesia Consultants - look them up. They run an operation where they won't quote up front, won't accept insurance payments (making them out of network) and then bully the patient to pay the rest in cash. Stay far away! I would never had my colonoscopy if I had known this was going to happen.
