Very impressive and considerate. Great therapist if you will listen and can address why you are in therapy to begin with. I truly appreciate her patience and her experience. I will continue to recommend her. I give her a 10 out of 10!

In my opinion Donna Hilbig is an excellent counselor. She does have a different approach than most, but she makes you feel comfortable and gets to the bottom of the issue. I would recommend her to anyone.

In my opinion, THE WORSE COUNSELOR I have ever had. UNPROFESSIONAL. On several occasions she showed up late & unprepared, ends sessions early and cancels on short notice. She comes off as judgmental, unsympathetic and bullying. She made life worse for me. DUE TO DONNA HILBIG, I HAVE LOST FAITH IN THE MENTAL HEALTH PROFESSION. I DO NOT recommend her to anyone, especially someone you love or care about. Thank you for taking the time to read about my experience and I wish you all the best.

I saw her for about a year and she always made me feel comfortable and was really good at teaching me to listen to myself. I grew a lot with her.

Not reliable !!! When my daughter moved to TX for college we made an appointment so she can have a therapist and not left "high and dry" when she misses home or has anxiety during her first semester.
First appointment went fine, but 2nd was cancelled and Donna promised to call back and reschedule . She didn't.
Despite numerous and phone calls, Donna never called back.
She only contact me back after I filed an official complain with my insurance company as she over charged for the co-pay.

Wonderful, understanding, & knowledgeable. You can tell she really puts her heart & soul into her work. She has a different approach than most generic/robot therapists, but it works! I absolutely love having her as my counselor (& I'm fairly picky & fickle when it comes to finding a good therapist match). I look forward to appointments. Only a few sessions in & she's noticeably helped me with coping & dealing with my anxiety & other issues already. Would certainly recommend!
