Honestly the rudest game of phone tag I’ve ever experienced. She left me the most condescending voice message about how to unblock HER private number and passively questioned my intelligence. I need help not another person on my back. AVOID

We met with Donna via phone/virtual chat, and thought she had a friendly demeanor. She asked all pertinent information, and gave us some excellent advice. This was for marriage/family counseling. We have appointments to see her again next week.

Falls asleep in session. Frequently shorts session time on both ends. No clear structure or treatment plan. Gives thoughtless/insensitive/cookie cutter advice. No apparent skills or interest in helping clients with complex histories, and not enough ethics to refer those cases out to a more skilled practitioner. Saw her for a couple years at a very vulnerable point in my life when I didn't "know better" emotionally; it took hindsight to realize how bad my experience was. She wasn't evil per se, just an absolute waste of time and money. It's been a few years so I hope by now she at least takes credit cards.

Scheduled a visit a week in advance to get a session and sedwick paper work. Donna refused the paper work and canceled my session 30 minutes before the session started. Called via restricted number and left a voice mail saying that she tried calling to cancel and couldn't leave a voice mail. Donna has made me miss my approval for short term disability. She is not a good human for allowing someone so stressed to not be helped, and then does not uphold to her own cancelation policy of 24 hours advance notice. I have voicemails and will be proud to provide any evidence

I've seen Donna during the low points of my life since the 90's. She helps me work through my issues and provides a safe place for talking about my fears.

She is a wonderful therapist and a wonderful woman. If I could, I'd go and talk to her again.
