Don was extremely knowledgable helping guide my ex-husband and I to the best practices for caring for our children and informing our children of our decision to divorce. He does not push his own agenda, and is very factual in what can and will happen to your children's mental health and trajectory based on your and your ex-partner's decisions. That may be difficult for some people to hear if they are making decisions that do not put their children's interests first.

Went to 10-12 custody mediation sessions with Don over a 9 month period. Fathers beware - Don does have a Mother bias. Don proved to be arrogant, flippant, unable to drive to conclusion, and difficult to schedule. It was not a good use of time and money. Court system is actually more efficient, fairer and a better use of time and money. Wish I had just gone straight there from the beginning.
