Dr. Donald Leung, OD

I went to the practice he owns in the Puyallup Washington Costco. He was Incredibly condescending and insulted me during my visit. while he tried to use a pleasant tone of voice he made multiple rude remarks and belittled me. Even when he told me he would give me the opportunity to talk for a bit to explain what problems I was having with my eye sight about 10 seconds into me talking he cut me off and said that while he's sure I believe I'm having this problem he personally thinks I'm making it up and just want glasses like a child that thinks they're cool, and that I've just convinced myself that my previous prescription was helping me. Honestly considering the other review on this sight says basically the same thing it's not worth seeing him and his practice has a poor online rating at this time, something that I deeply regret not checking before going. In the end he didn't have any clue what could be causing my vision to shake while driving and just reissued my old prescription.

Total jerk. Disrespectful, condescending, annoying as hell. I'm 59 years old, worn glasses since 8 yo, contacts since 16. NEVER had such an unpleasant experience as with this guy. Talked nonstop, robotic, like he had memorized a script. Almost creepy. Repeated things 3 or 4 times, like he thought I was too stupid to get it the first time. Actually told me that the left lens goes in the left eye, right lens in the right eye. Incredibly arrogant. See Ryan Fernandez instead. He's terrific.
