Has communal narcissistic behavior and cares more about the way the facility looks than the clients needs. He allowed staff to almost get stabbed and provided no support. Comes off nice at first and has allowed Cascadia to believe he is kind but is actually back stabbing and created work place hostility. Was excited when all of the staff left because he made the work place so unbearable.

Abusive to clients and staff. Has inappropriate float staff working to spy on workers he doesn't like. Creates a hostile work environment. Uses counseling tactics to manipulate people and come off 'nice' but does not believe in trauma informed care and allows clients to be abused. Is misogynistic and targets woman. Tells woman who have been through trauma to "get over it".
