Repeated delays, dismissive, unfinished testing
Our experience with Dr. Caudle was frustrating and unprofessional. He initially rescheduled our first appointment, then arrived late to both rescheduled sessions. During the intake interview, he argued with me about my concerns regarding the medical field, dismissed my daughter's previous neurological recommendations, and directed pregnancy-related questions only to my ex-husband. He also questioned my description of my daughter’s birth complications in a condescending manner. Due to the lengthy intake process, he couldn’t complete the scheduled testing, requiring yet another appointment. At the next session, he arrived 12 minutes late without the necessary materials, stating it would take two hours to retrieve them. After wasting multiple work and school days, we decided my ex-husband would handle rescheduling. Now, even with full payment being made months ago, we’ve been informed that he is no longer accepting patients and has canceled the remaining appointment.

Dealing with Dr. Candle has been nothing short of disastrous. From confusing my son’s case with another patient’s, to claiming he attempted calls when he never did, to responding to emails 2+ weeks later... He clearly is overwhelmed, or does not care for my son’s well being, which flies in the face of the oath he committed to as a physician. Never again will I interact this this medical ‘professional.’
