Dee is a good and effective therapist but often misses her appointments. Sometimes she cancels at the last minute (5 minutes before session starts) but more often doesn't show up at all. The appointment date and time are documented on her receipt so it's not an error on the client's part. She particularly struggles with keeping her appointments in the winter. She is very committed and one of the hardest working therapists I know, but the no-shows can adversely impact client trust and progress
