This doctor/ staff does not seem to understand the concept of an ''appointment'' I have taken my wheelchair bound 93 year old mother for a couple of appointments the last few months and each time she has waited way past her appointment time. Today, we arrived at 2:00 for a 2:15 appointment to check to see if her eye drops were doing the job. The waiting room was completely empty at the time. 50 minutes later and she's still waiting. This was NOT a yearly exam with dilation, then wait, etc. This was just to check the eye drops. I don't know if this doctor is good. I only know that this is no way to treat any patient, especially the elderly. '' Sorry for the wait'', just doesn't cut it during these trying times! Patient beware!
