Dr. Mendes is smart, kind and thoughtful. She helped me navigate extremely difficult family relationships. I followed her advice and saw results rather quickly, in myself and others. Her soft and caring demeanor contribute to her being a first-class therapist. I highly recommend hwr without reservation.
