Dr. Dinah Cloud, PHD

This Doctor is unresponsive, uses a 3rd party biller and says she is in your insurance network when she is actually not. Due diligence would have been appreciated in our case. I felt blamed for the insurance issue when I provided my paper card which had all of the appropriate phone numbers listed to verify coverage. Lastly, we were billed for services that were never received. When I questioned the itemized statement, I was met with defensiveness and did not trust the answers the Doctor was providing. Thankfully, she agreed to remove charges and re-bill after a lengthy phone call. I would never attack a Doctors reputation but ratings are important and finding honesty in psychiatry seems to be difficult in my case.

Although she was friendly and made my child comfortable, it was very difficult to get our test results from this professional. She tested my child for one hour instead of the general 4-6 hours that are common for pediatric psychological evaluations. She then wanted to only give vague results instead of numeric scores. It took 4 requests for data to receive scores for 2/6 assessments. There are plenty of psychologists in the metro and I would not recommend Dr Cloud.

Dr. Cloud is a true professional and an engaged listener. She has helped me immensely.

Dr. Cloud was warm and professional. I recommend her highly.
